Following its Series A funding announcement, IRIS.TV held its launch party on June 27, 2015, on the rooftop of the Los Angeles Athletic Club in Downtown Los Angeles. All staff from the New York and Los Angeles offices were on hand for the festivities, as were investors, clients, and other friends of the company.
The event also doubled as the kick-off of the LAAC's summer film series. Two films of former club member Charlie Chaplin were screened: 1931's City Lights and 1936's Modern Times.read more

According to Adobe’s Digital Benchmark Report, in Q2 2014, US viewers watched 38.2 billion videos, a 43% increase year-on-year. Online TV viewing has increase 388% and monthly unique views for online TV are up by 146% in 2014.
